It has been two months and 2 day since I last posted and I am filled with regret and disgust. I haven’t been as healthy as I could with my eating and I sure as hell haven’t been working out on a regular basis. I’m so pissed at myself, and on top of that I’ve gained weight. fuck me okay, how could I do this. For anyone out there wondering I’m 179 right now.

In efforts to get in the right direction I am going to kick start myself into the right direction..
I’m going to do a little over two week cleanse (Because I’m starting on a friday)
-I will eat nothing that wasn’t once alive or hasn’t grown from the ground.
-I will run every morning.
-I will not stay up past 10.

Here’s to hoping doing.
30 minute walk.
Food:
Breakfast: Yoplait Chocolate Mouse, Banana.
Lunch: Chicken Sandwich.
Exercise: None. (yet)
Food:
Lunch- Pizza
Snack-Carrot’s and wheat bread with low-fat cream cheese.
Dinner- Honey Bunches of Oats
Snack- Tuna
Exercise: 2 hours walking to favorite t.v. shows!

1 minute leg lift (6 inch of grounds)
1 minute arm circles
20 squats
50 jumping jacks
20 crunches
10 lady push ups
(I walked for an hour grocery shopping~)
Could have done more but for a rest day I think I did alright. I just couldn’t sit around and do nothing.
